Before you return a Fashion Empire product, please take a moment to understand how our products are made. All our products are handcrafted by traditional craftsmen, resulting in each product being unique and slightly different from each other. The stones, therefore, may vary slightly. All our products go through quality control before shipping.
We want you to love every piece of jewelry you purchase from us! To ensure your satisfaction, we’ve outlined our Returns & Exchanges Policy below:
Eligibility for Returns & Exchanges
Online orders Returns & Exchanges will ONLY be accepted if your order is damaged in transit when shipped by us or you have received the incorrect product. In case your order is damaged in transit or you have received the wrong product you may return them exactly the way in which they were received (unworn, with original packaging).
For any exchange or returns other than the transit damage, the shipping/courier and logistic charges for all order - domestic/international will be borne by the customer for both return and exchange.

- Items can be returned or exchanged within 7 days of delivery.

- Jewelry must be in original condition, unworn, and with all tags and packaging intact.
- Custom-made or personalized pieces are not eligible for returns or exchanges.
Non-Returnable Items
- Custom orders or items modified to your specifications.
- Earrings (due to hygiene reasons).
- Sale or discounted items (final sale).
How to Initiate a Return or Exchange

- Once your return or exchange request is approved, we will provide a return address and further instructions.

- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item was defective or incorrectly shipped.
Refunds
- Refunds will be processed within 7 business days of receiving the returned item.
- Refunds will be issued via the original payment method.
Exchanges
- Exchanges are subject to product availability. If the desired item is unavailable, we’ll issue a refund or store credit.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a defective or incorrect product:
- Notify us within 48 hours of delivery.
- Provide clear photos of the defect or incorrect item.
- We will arrange for a replacement or a full refund at no extra cost.
